• 4. If the order has already been shipped by Floright Technosoft Private Limited, we will not be able to cancel it. You may return the product upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.
• 5. Custom or pre-ordered items from Floright Technosoft Private Limited cannot be canceled as these products are made according to your specific requirements.
• 6. In exceptional cases, where a cancellation is due to an error on the part of Floright Technosoft Private Limited (such as wrong item shipped or item out of stock), we will issue a full refund without any cancellation fee.
